Quick Bytes: Nitin Gadkari's Words of Wisdom

Nitin Gadkari is currently the handing the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways. He has been on of the best performing ministers in the Indian Government helping India revive its road infrastructure

I watched this interview couple of months back, but are a few notable words I take from this interview -

If there is a will, there is a way, if there is no will there is only survery, discussion, presentation, seminar, committees and sub-committees

This is very relevant to our corporate context where we would have witnessed the same where there is a group of doers who plan and execute vs another group who would just discuss, have meetings give presentations but never execute.

Another one is the statement from John F Kenedy, which he has hung on his office’s wall

Americans roads are not good because America is rich, but America is rich because American roads are good.

The words of Bal Thackrey which he still abides by
