I stumbled upon this video in my recommendation today and watched it with some research on the topic.

The film shows the interaction of the Two Kids from the window of the rich kid. The Rich kid tries to show his superiority using noise, advanced toys, and even later using the gun to destroy the Kite of the poor kid. Though in the end, the poor kid is happy playing his flute and enjoying it.
While reading on Wikipedia and some of the comments, I got to know that the Rich Kid with so many toys — wearing Mickey Mouse Cap and drinking Coca-Cola and the poor kid playing with a flute, bow, and arrow personifies the US and Vietnam for the Vietnam War.

This is the power of the story and art — even without any dialogues, the video is able to communicate the complexity of the war.
